Melrose Organic Evening Primrose Oil is a rich source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA); a unique omega-6 fatty acid that supports healthy female hormonal balance and general health and wellbeing.
This organic formualtion helps reduce the symptoms of premenstrual tension syndrome while also maintaining skin firmness and structural integrity. When taken orally and used topically, the oil nourishes the skin and reduces the occurence of skin dryness.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Melrose Organic Evening Primrose Oil is lightly flavoured with strawberry for a pleasant taste, taken either on its own or added into a smoothie.
This product can also be applied topically to moisturise the skin.
